Position Overview:
The Suite Service Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering outstanding service to guests within the suites. This position requires a friendly demeanor and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Consistent attendance is crucial, and the employee must be available to work events as required by business needs.

This role offers an hourly wage ranging from $14.00 to $16.00, in addition to tips.

Benefits for part-time roles include a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup of food service areas within designated suites and club sections based on pre-orders.
- Ensure all assigned suites are prepared before events according to received order communications.
- Organize and prepare for events in assigned locations.
- Aid in finalizing financials for each event and ensure accurate billing.
- Monitor and uphold food quality standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining safety and sanitation standards while fostering a positive atmosphere for both team members and guests.
- Enforce safe alcohol service policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory control and fulfill product requisitions.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage menu items and their accompaniments.
- Observe guests to respond to additional requests promptly.
- Ensure suites are equipped with all necessary serving items.
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellent attendance as per company standards.
- Ensure that all equipment is operational and clean before the start of events.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:


- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees, volunteers, management, and guests in a respectful and professional manner, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.

- Ability to excel in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven atmosphere.


- Competence in basic mathematical functions related to POS transactions and inventory management.


Education and Experience:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a food & beverage or customer service role is preferred.
