Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain vacation suites to the highest standards, ensuring all furnishings and equipment are in good working order and safe for use.
  • Support Services: Assist the Executive Housekeeper and Housekeeping Inspector with daily tasks, including inventory management and supply ordering.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to owners and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inspections and Reporting: Conduct regular inspections of unoccupied suites and report any incidents or safety concerns to the Resort Manager.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available and in good condition.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Housekeeper and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality results.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with owners, guests, and team members to ensure that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all aspects of the job.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift, carry, and move heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities.
  • Availability: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
