Job Summary

Jobs for Humanity is seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator III to join our team. As a Service Coordinator III, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accept and manage inbound service requests from customers
  • Dispatch technicians as needed to ensure timely resolution of service requests
  • Virtually monitor customer systems to ensure all equipment is functioning properly
  • Complete scheduling and rescheduling as needed for all services
  • Maintain the preventative maintenance schedule for assigned customers
  • Manage third-party contractors and schedule services as needed
  • Provide clear and timely communication to customers and internal teams
  • Follow up on all outstanding service requests to ensure completion
  • Email service reports to customers once services have been completed
  • Escalate issues and concerns to ensure timely response and resolution
  • Scan, categorize, and save documentation for future reference
  • Manage services from end to end to ensure all areas of service requests are completed
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of scheduling/monitoring experience
  • Experience working with data center environments
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Sense of urgency to ensure all requests are managed in a timely manner
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Reliable transportation

Physical Demands:
