We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Service Coordinator to join our team at Sudden Service, Inc. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department, working closely with customers, field service mechanics, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve service issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate with field service mechanics to schedule and prioritize service work, ensuring that all necessary parts and equipment are available.
- Parts and Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of parts and inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for service work.
- Estimating and Invoicing: Prepare and submit estimates for service work, ensuring that all costs are accurately calculated and invoiced to customers.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the service department, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, field service mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure that all service-related issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or service coordination role, preferably in the parts and service industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software and systems.
