Key Responsibilities
  • Food Service Area Setup: Ensure the setup of food service areas within specific suites based on pre-orders.
  • Quality and Hospitality: Maintain high-quality food and beverage service, ensuring excellent hospitality throughout the Suite Level.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and guests to ensure seamless service.
  • Event Organization: Assist in organizing and preparing events, including setup, execution, and closing.
  • Financial Management: Assist in closing out financials per event and ensure accurate billing.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise team members on non-event and event days, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Cash Handling: Maintain and enforce cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain inventory control and product requisition.
  • Alcohol Service: Supervise the service of beverages, including alcoholic beverages, and ensure compliance with safe alcohol policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Supervisory Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience working in a supervisory capacity in a fast-paced restaurant or catering environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
  • Food Handling Certificate: Possess a valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit, if required by state or federal regulations.
