Key Responsibilities

Lead Strategic Initiatives for Corporate Expansion:

• Identify and assess business opportunities through comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analyses, including vertical and horizontal integrations. Once aligned, mobilize cross-functional project teams.

• Maintain proactive communication with project leaders to establish clear project objectives, backgrounds, and expected outcomes, ensuring a smooth project launch and debriefing.

• Guide and execute detailed market analyses, mentoring junior analysts in applying frameworks to determine optimal market entry strategies, including product, pricing, distribution, and competitive positioning.

• Offer strategic recommendations, develop business cases, and outline actionable plans.

• Engage with key stakeholders across functions to ensure alignment and support.

• Present project outcomes to senior leadership.

• Continuously monitor and refine business processes to sustain growth momentum in newly identified opportunities.


Business Model Innovation

• Formulate various business model strategies (in-house, outsourcing, partnerships, M&A) and oversee their implementation upon approval.


Support M&A Activities:

• Conduct deal evaluations by developing analyses that inform decisions regarding potential acquisitions, investments, and divestitures. Assist management in articulating the rationale and risks associated with proposed transactions through presentation materials. Support the drafting of indications of interest, term sheets, and board proposals.

• Perform financial modeling and valuation analyses using advanced Excel techniques. Develop financial projections to support valuation assessments and analyze potential synergies and integration costs.

• Facilitate due diligence processes by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing diligence lists, and collaborating with subject matter experts to analyze findings.

• Assist in post-M&A integration efforts by supporting business leaders in formulating growth strategies and designing organizational frameworks.


Provide Strategic Insights:

• Act as the analytical lead on projects, employing critical and creative thinking to derive actionable insights.

• Exhibit strong leadership and influence management capabilities, including the ability to challenge existing paradigms.

• Address time-sensitive requests from senior management effectively.

• Maintain an external perspective by staying informed on consumer trends, competitive dynamics, and macroeconomic factors.

• Collaborate with management to enhance team capabilities through a focus on continuous improvement.



Qualifications


• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Economics

• Experience: 2-5 years in a relevant field

• Travel: 10-24%

• Strong proficiency in data analytics and problem-solving

• Experience in report creation and presentations to senior management

• Ability to build rapport and credibility across diverse teams

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated capacity for driving change

• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

• Proven ability to persuade and influence executive teams

• Capability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

• Experience in creating and evaluating business cases

• Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills

• Understanding of industry trends, products, and customer markets

• Proficient in market research and data analysis
