Lead Strategic Initiatives for Corporate Development:
- Identify and assess business opportunities through comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analyses, including vertical and horizontal integrations. Upon approval, coordinate with a cross-functional project team across various regions.
- Engage with project leaders to establish clear project objectives, background, and expected outcomes, ensuring all team members are aligned.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and guide junior analysts in applying relevant frameworks to identify optimal market entry strategies, including product, pricing, distribution, and competitive positioning.
- Provide strategic recommendations and develop actionable business cases.
- Facilitate communication across departments to engage key stakeholders effectively.

Business Model Innovation

Support M&A Activities:
- Assist in deal evaluations by developing analyses that inform decisions regarding potential acquisitions, investments, and divestitures. Collaborate with management to articulate the rationale and risks associated with proposed transactions through detailed presentations.
- Conduct financial modeling and valuation analyses using advanced Excel techniques, including projections for potential synergies and integration costs.
- Facilitate due diligence processes by coordinating with internal teams and external advisors, maintaining diligence lists, and preparing necessary materials.
- Support post-M&A integration efforts by collaborating with business leaders to establish growth strategies and organizational structures.
Thought Leadership and Partnership:
- Act as the analytical lead on projects, employing critical thinking to derive actionable insights.
