Job Title: Director of Wholesale and Business Development

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Wholesale and Business Development to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and effective sales strategies.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, wholesale operations, and business development within the automotive parts industry, particularly in growing insurance, MSO (Multi-Shop Operator), and fleet businesses.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive wholesale and business-to-business sales growth, with a focus on expanding market presence and revenue streams in insurance, MSO, and fleet segments.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels within insurance, MSO, and fleet segments to maximize market penetration and revenue generation.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key wholesale customers and business partners in insurance, MSO, and fleet sectors.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback within insurance, MSO, and fleet segments to identify opportunities for product development, service enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in wholesale sales management and business development within the automotive parts industry.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this position is $120,000-$225,000 with additional variable compensation potential through commissions.
