Job Overview

Position Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Director of Business Development to spearhead our wholesale and B2B initiatives. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth through strategic alliances and effective sales methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement strategic plans aimed at enhancing wholesale and B2B sales, particularly focusing on expanding our reach in the insurance, MSO, and fleet sectors.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships to maximize market penetration and revenue generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale clients and business partners, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product and service enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in wholesale sales management and business development within the automotive parts sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, capable of building effective relationships.
  • Results-driven with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
