Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies that align with our overall growth objectives
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify untapped opportunities and areas for expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, investors, and other key stakeholders
  • Lead the negotiation and closing of partnerships, contracts, and agreements
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients and partners
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies
  • Track and report on business development activities and pipeline status
Requirements
  • Deep background working with SOCOM, AFSOC, MARSOC, and experience selling production capabilities to SOCOM
  • Understanding of FAR-based contracting and various contracting mechanisms
  • 5+ years of business development experience
  • Capable of TS-SCI clearance
  • Capable of traveling 50% of the time or more

  • Prior experience in a startup environment
  • Active DoD security clearance
  • Open to remote work with frequent travel to HQ in Torrance, California
