Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and efficient kitchen operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in menu planning and development, providing input on new dish ideas and culinary trends.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
