Head of Accelerators and Startup Business Development

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to join our team as the Head of Accelerators and Startup Business Development. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team that builds and manages relationships with leading early-stage investors and startups.
You will act as the voice of the startup customer, discovering, capturing, and reporting back patterns and learnings from the field to internal teams, including AWS services and product teams.
Conceive, author, secure support for, launch, and execute new initiatives and programs to meet the needs of startup customers.

The base pay for this position ranges from $174,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $288,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company and offers a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, in addition to a total compensation package that may include equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation, dependent on the position offered.
