Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Marketing Leader to drive our marketing efforts and continue to develop our brand. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, brand building, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Passes' business goals and objectives.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and execution of brand initiatives to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.
  • Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and use analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports to the executive team.
  • Partnerships: Build and manage strategic partnerships to amplify marketing efforts and expand reach.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into the marketing strategy.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Skills: Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and data-driven decision making.
