Overview

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth for a portfolio of hotels, with a focus on group and volume transient sales. This individual will lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and develop effective marketing strategies to increase market share. Key responsibilities include assessing market trends, developing and implementing sales and marketing plans, and managing sales budgets. Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with revenue management and operations teams.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement revenue growth strategies for the portfolio of hotels.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets.
  3. Assess market trends and develop effective marketing strategies to increase market share.
  4. Manage sales budgets and ensure alignment with revenue growth strategies.
  5. Collaborate with revenue management and operations teams to drive revenue growth.
  6. Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management on revenue performance.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, or Marketing.
  2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, with a focus on revenue growth.
  3. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving market share.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
