About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Trexon. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the Aerospace and Defense industry by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth in the A&D industry
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and prospecting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Develop and present regular revenue forecasts and business analytics

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development in the A&D industry
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
