Job Title: Area Director of Sales and Marketing

At Home2 Suites by Hilton Longmont, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed budgeted revenues.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of market trends and competitive hotel analysis.
  • Develop and implement a marketing communications plan to achieve the desired positioning of the hotel.
  • Manage the sales and marketing budget to support revenue attainment and business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, or Marketing.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a DOSM/sales leader, with prior hotel sales experience.
  • Area/Regional sales oversight of multi-hotels preferred.
  • Experience dealing with/communicating with ownership groups and asset management.
  • Proficient in managing/using sales automation and PMS systems.
