Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Trexon, a leading manufacturer of custom cables, harnesses, electro-mechanical assemblies, and industrial panels. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in emerging or underpenetrated market segments, application areas, channel partnerships, or geographies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong professional network and active relationships within our targeted customer base. They must also have a demonstrated record of developing strategic accounts, market development plans, and executing to achieve revenue and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in emerging or underpenetrated markets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategies, contracts, and business analytics
  • Develop and present regular revenue forecasting for scope of work

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Industrial Distribution
  • 5+ years of experience in sales selling high value products to end users and OEMs
  • Experience working with A&D end user customers
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Experience building relationships with customers (purchasing and engineering)

What We Offer

  • $120,000 - $150,000 salary range
  • 40%-50% travel required
