Job Title:

IT Client Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Client Account Manager to join our team at 4 Consulting Inc. This role is responsible for providing vision, leadership, and coordination of US IT Recruiting operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client relationships, developing and leading winning teams, and driving business growth. They will be responsible for managing recruiting teams to handle high-volume hiring for US staffing recruitment roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities
  • Lead and develop high-performing recruiting teams
  • Drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Collaborate with US teams to achieve stated objectives and goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities
  • Strong leadership and strategic resource planning skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to develop and nurture cross-functional relationships
