Role Summary

We are currently in search of a skilled and motivated IT Client Relationship Manager to drive the growth of our IT Staffing Services. This role entails providing strategic vision, leadership, coordination, and development of our US IT Recruiting operations.

In this capacity, you will oversee recruiting teams responsible for managing high-volume hiring for various staffing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated ability and experience in promoting staffing services to existing clients and managing client relationships.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing client relationships.
  • Strong leadership qualities, strategic resource planning, business strategy development, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with the US team to achieve defined objectives and implement quality processes for team deliverables.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain cross-functional relationships within and outside the organization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to identify risks and analyze the root causes and impacts of decisions and outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
