We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Accountability Lead to join our team. This is a 100% grant-funded position, and the continuation of the position is subject to continued external funding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead grant performance accountability, including data management and reporting.
  • Manage compliance with the Texas AEL Testing Guide, applicable AEL and Workforce Development (WD) letters, and other performance requirements.
  • Support coordination of data collection and performance reporting for discretionary innovation projects funded by the TWC to expand new service options.
  • Serve as the point of contact for staff for program questions related to accountability, assessment, and data management.
  • Submit questions to TWC related to accountability, assessment, and data management as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and three (3) years of experience managing data collection and reports and leading performance accountability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer and applicable software skills.
  • Effective organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and shift quickly between several tasks without loss of continuity.
  • Ability to communicate technical and complex information both orally, visually in multiple formats, and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently and work cooperatively with other employees and actively participate as a team member.
  • Ability to work effectively without undue instruction or supervision.
  • Ability to meet and converse with external stakeholders.
  • Ability to evaluate and consolidate data and use spreadsheet programs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree.
  • Deploying grant-funded projects.
