The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Client Success Specialist to become a vital member of our expanding Customer Success team.

In this role, you will engage with clients throughout their journey, from initial setup to full implementation, ensuring they effectively utilize the Sitetracker platform.


As the primary liaison, your responsibility will be to showcase the value of Sitetracker by aligning our solutions with the specific goals and objectives of our clients.

Collaborating closely with various departments within Sitetracker, you will oversee customer onboarding, user engagement, advocacy, and more, all aimed at fostering customer retention and growth.


The Skill Set:


Proficient in developing and executing success strategies focused on delivering tangible business outcomes for clients.

Proven experience managing mid-tier clients, ideally with annual contracts ranging from $100k to $500k.

Ability to handle multiple clients across diverse industries.

Track record of collaborating with senior stakeholders in client organizations.

Capable of identifying, delivering, and demonstrating the value of solutions to clients.

Skilled in crafting and implementing comprehensive communication plans.

Technical proficiency and understanding of deployed solutions.

A self-motivated individual committed to continuous personal growth.

A genuine passion for customer success and advocacy.

Within 60 Days, You'll:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain in-depth knowledge of the Sitetracker product and its capabilities.

Complete internal training to enhance your product expertise and onboarding experience.

Work alongside customer success and other teams to establish your presence within the organization.

Meet and build relationships with clients in your portfolio.

Become the primary point of contact for your assigned clients.

Within 180 Days, You'll:
Establish regular communication and engagement with your client base.

Become a trusted advisor and advocate for your clients.

Collaborate with client leadership to create a roadmap for success.

Gain a thorough understanding of your clients' business objectives.

Identify and track potential new KPIs for your clients.

Align client objectives with Sitetracker's functionalities and roadmap.

Develop an action plan to achieve goals, KPIs, and desired functionalities.

Identify additional opportunities for revenue generation.

Effectively communicate the Sitetracker value proposition.

Ensure you have referenceable clients to support broader sales initiatives.

Contribute to process improvement opportunities and continue to enhance your knowledge of the Sitetracker product.

Within 365 Days, You'll:
Continue to serve as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering high-level relationships with key stakeholders and project sponsors.

Develop strategic account plans to facilitate product expansion and ensure client retention.


Engage with Sitetracker's Product & Engineering teams to support and relay client requests regarding product roadmaps, customizations, or enhanced functionalities.

Establish yourself as a key member of the Customer Success team.

Lead by example and assist in onboarding new Client Success Specialists as they join the team.
