We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lash Artist to join our team at Deka Lash. As a Lash Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality lash extension services to our clients.

• Lash Artistry and Tinting: Apply lash extensions and tinting services to clients, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Upselling and Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Client Service and Engagement: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied with their service.
• Sanitation and Industry Standards: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the salon.

• Licensing and Certification: Hold a current cosmetology or esthetician license in the state of New Jersey.
• Training and Development: Be willing to learn and develop skills in lash application technique specific to Deka Lash.
• Marketing and Promotion: Effectively market and promote Deka Lash services to the community, driving business growth and revenue.
