As a Merchant Solutions Consultant at Bank of America, you will play a critical role in providing payment processing solutions to small business clients. Your primary responsibility will be to consult with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with small business clients to understand their priorities and provide solutions that meet their business needs.
- Recommend solutions that meet clients' needs with a focus on more complex opportunities and solutions.
- Drive sales and revenue goals while balancing operational excellence, risk management, and client experience expectations.
- Build meaningful relationships and collaborate with internal partners to provide subject matter expertise on merchant payment processing pricing, software, gateways, and security.
- Identify opportunities proactively and develop a pipeline for sales opportunities with internal partners and clients.
- Act as a champion for clients by connecting expertise across the company to help them achieve their goals.
