POSITION SUMMARY:
Thomas Woods - State Farm Agency Intern is seeking a driven individual who can identify opportunities and effectively convert leads into enduring client relationships. As an Insurance Account Executive within the State Farm Agent Team, your expertise in insurance offerings and market trends will enable you to engage with clients, discern their requirements, and promote products or services that deliver optimal value. Additionally, you may assist in formulating strategies and setting performance targets for our office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.

  • Partner with your office team to foster enduring customer relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferred experience in sales (including outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets preferred.
  • Ability to connect effectively with customers.
  • Possession of a Property & Casualty license.
