Front Desk Manager

Job Summary:
The Front Desk Manager is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless hotel experience for our valued customers. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Team Management: Supervise and train front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent guest service and efficient operations.
- Revenue Management: Monitor and analyze revenue streams, identifying opportunities to increase sales and optimize room revenue.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all areas of the hotel meet our high standards.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with all departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of front office management experience in the hospitality industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
- Language: Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
