At HairClub, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Desk Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting our team members.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Facilitate new client and existing member flow, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience
- Communicate important details across all departments, maintaining open lines of communication
- Manage all scheduling activities, including booking and appointment confirmations, to deliver the ultimate client experience
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and collections, to maintain a well-stocked and organized front desk
- Provide administrative support to team members, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed
**Requirements:**
- 2+ years of administrative assistant and customer service experience
- Persuasive selling techniques and ability to build trust with clients
- Strong active listening skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to adapt to business needs and continuously improve processes
