We are seeking a motivated Front of House Director to enhance our operations at Cooper Connect. This management role offers a unique opportunity to develop a career within a highly respected restaurant chain while providing a structured path for professional advancement.
Your Responsibilities- Ensuring operational excellence across all Front of House areas, including dining, drive-thru, and mobile orders, to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Building and leading high-performing teams by identifying, recruiting, and mentoring Front of House leaders.
- Overseeing a team of over 50 individuals, inspiring them with a clear vision and holding them accountable to established standards.
- Maintaining a safe and supportive work environment that prioritizes food safety and team well-being.
- Enhancing the Hospitality Program by developing a compelling vision that propels the business forward.
- Improving overall restaurant performance through collaboration with other department leaders and participating in strategic meetings.
- A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous.
