Job Description

Job Title: Executive Director of Residences

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Director of Residences to oversee the daily operations of our clients' residences. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the household staff, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring the properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Supervise Household Staff: Oversee the daily activities of the household staff, including the chef, housekeepers, and maintenance personnel.
  • Coordinate with Vendors and Contractors: Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, including scheduling and coordinating maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure Property Readiness: Ensure that the properties are always ready for our clients and their guests, including managing inventory and supplies.
  • Develop and Implement Operational Procedures: Develop and implement procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the household, including managing budgets and reporting.
  • Communicate with Clients and Family Office: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and the Family Office team, providing regular updates and reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven Leadership Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent Communication and Project Management Skills: Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly Organized and Efficient: Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Reliable and Discreet: Reliable and discreet, with a strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Ability to Travel: Ability to travel as needed, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Compensation:

A salary range of $250,000 - $450,000, depending on experience, with an excellent benefits package.
