Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building-related systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems.
- Facilities Management: Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of all property facilities, including common areas, amenities, and resident units.
- Emergency Response: Respond to and resolve emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents and staff.
- Vendor Management: Manage and oversee the selection and performance of maintenance-related vendors, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Capital Projects: Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of capital projects, including renovations, repairs, and new construction.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and leadership to maintenance staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools, training, and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in residential property management, preferably in a maintenance or facilities management role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and facilities management principles. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
