Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in residential property management, preferably in a maintenance or facilities management role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and facilities management principles. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
