Job Summary

Forest Properties Management, Inc is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a property located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage the leasing cycle, and maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with colleagues, vendors, and residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service to residents, vendors, and colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative relationship.
  • Leasing Cycle Management: Manage all phases of the leasing cycle, including post-apartment vacancies, new applications, lease renewals, and move-ins/move-outs.
  • Policy Enforcement: Adhere to and communicate policies, rules, and regulations to residents, maintenance staff, and vendors.
  • Property Inspections: Regularly inspect the property to provide tours, identify service repairs, and field resident work order requests.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain resident files, property promotional materials, expense reporting, and budgeting.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in progressive property management, including staff oversight, budgeting, and monitoring expenses.
  • Skills: Knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) requirements and regulations; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office equipment; proactive problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
