About the Role

Carmax Burt St is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Associate to join their team. As a key member of the store's administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, completing administrative tasks, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete administrative tasks to support all store departments, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Provide customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, business partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain coverage at the information desk and answer multi-line phone system calls in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
