Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and provide outstanding customer service.
- Document leads and maintain project tracking systems.
- Handle HR administration tasks and paperwork.
- Coordinate the company calendar and facilitate internal communications.
- Ensure efficient scheduling of active projects to avoid conflicts.
- Review and process timesheets accurately.
- Oversee 401K and health insurance plans and related payments.
- Maintain accurate employment records and files.
- Assist with warehouse duties and customer inventory lists.
- Support data entry for estimates and other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office, accounting, or customer service role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience in remediation is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to multitask.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
- Willingness to learn new software and proprietary systems.
- Background in customer service is a plus.
- Must successfully complete a background check as required by law.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, with flexibility for overtime as needed.
