Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to join the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska as an On-Call Office Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our programs and services, ensuring the smooth operation of our front reception office and lobby area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, clientele, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate program support activities, including scheduling meetings and events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and achieve our goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One or more years of office experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associates degree in administrative assistant or related field.
  • One or more years of experience in office coordination or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Native American organizations and funding opportunities.
