About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our North America team at Wallbox. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy in coordination with the North America team to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Manage and control the sales funnel to achieve sales targets, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional ideas, programs, and solutions that deliver customer value.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and tracking to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of building a strong pipeline and winning business.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to solve complex problems with minimal resources.
  • Solid knowledge of sales tools and technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Eligible to work in the US.
