Position Overview: We are currently in search of an Administrative Coordinator to deliver exceptional administrative support by conducting research, managing information requests, and executing clerical tasks for our healthcare facility. An effective Administrative Coordinator serves as a key information and communication facilitator within the office.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assists in the daily operations of the unit and ensures follow-up on outstanding issues.


• Inputs and retrieves data using various software applications.


• Prepares correspondence, reports, memoranda, special projects, technical documents, and related materials for unit personnel.


• Formats documents, selecting appropriate layouts and font styles.


• Conducts research, compiles statistics, and summarizes data to create complex, non-standard reports.


• Manages incoming telephone calls, mail, and visitors.


• Directs callers, takes messages, and responds to inquiries regarding the unit's functions.


• Drafts letters and memoranda based on verbal instructions or knowledge of company policies and procedures.


• Organizes and coordinates meetings and events, which may include travel and accommodation arrangements.


• Procures office supplies as needed.


• Prepares and processes purchase requisitions and vendor invoices for the unit.


• Maintains and organizes files, correspondence, records, and other essential documents.

Required Skills:


• Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles.


• Familiarity with computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


• Education/Experience: A high school diploma or GED is required.

Additional Information:


• Compensation: $18/hr. - $20/hr.


• Pay cycle: Weekly | Medical, dental, and vision benefits available.


• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm.
