About the Role

Axos Bank is seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Small Business Banking team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of business banking clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow and manage a portfolio of small business deposit accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective business banking clients
  • Act as key point of contact for the small business owner
  • Generate new business by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services
  • Retain existing business by handling rate negotiations and addressing customer needs to add value
  • Leverage reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully convert sales opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle incoming phone calls and service existing customers
  • Work with the Small Business Team to ensure fast and efficient processing of accounts
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with BSA/AML regulations
  • Meet individual assigned sales goals for deposits, fee income, and customer service satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years' banking experience
  • Small business banking experience
  • 2+ years customer service experience
