- Collaborate with internal small business partners and stakeholders to resolve customer or process issues and achieve small business goals.
- Engage in prospect activities and employ contact strategies to generate new small business relationships.
- Lead or participate in initiatives and deliverables within small business and contribute to large-scale initiatives related to customer relationships and business growth.
- 4+ years of Business Banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.
- Ability to balance customer needs with associated risks and interests of Wells Fargo.
