Business Banking Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at BMO Financial Group. As a key member of our Commercial Sales and Service team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and advisory support to our clients, helping them achieve their business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive credit analysis, structuring, and pricing expertise to clients
- Offer advisory support to the team to ensure accurate and consistent decision-making
- Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective action plans
- Make credit and pricing decisions in accordance with sound credit-granting principles
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Requirements:
- Typically between 4-6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field
- Strong knowledge of business banking products, lending processes, and loan documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
