Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and advisory support to our clients, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and advisory support to clients on credit analysis, structuring, pricing, and transactions assessment
  • Identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth and profitability
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, centers of influence, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs
  • Develop and implement solutions to complex business problems
  • Monitor and track performance, and address any issues
  • Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards
  • Coordinate the management of databases, and ensure alignment and integration of data in adherence with data governance standards
Requirements
  • Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong knowledge of business banking products, lending processes, and loan documentation, and supporting policies, procedures, and technologies
  • Strong experience with customer sales and service
  • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience

We offer a competitive salary range of $56,000.00 - $104,000.00, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
