Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of services.
  • Coordinate visitor access, ensuring compliance with security protocols and maintaining a secure work environment.
  • Collaborate with HR to streamline onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new staff members.
  • Plan and execute business meetings and special events, including holiday and retirement celebrations.
  • Supervise front desk staff and ensure adequate coverage to meet the needs of our office.
  • Oversee office supply procurement and maintain organized supply areas, conference rooms, and kitchens.
  • Manage shipping and deliveries, ensuring timely receipt of materials and equipment.
  • Provide confidential support to senior leaders as needed.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as an office manager or executive assistant.
  • Ability to engage in light physical activity, including moving and lifting supplies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Base Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 (dependent on education, experience, skills, and location).
