Construction Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administrator to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with badge management, purchase card reports, and office management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage badges for subcontractors, including ensuring background checks are completed and tickets are uploaded into Smart Sheets.
- Process purchase card reports, including coding receipts and following up with foremen.
- Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls, making copies, and restocking inventory.
Requirements:
- Experience with Smart Sheets and Excel.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
