Construction Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administrator to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with badge management, purchase card reports, and office management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage badges for subcontractors, including ensuring background checks are completed and tickets are uploaded into Smart Sheets.
  • Process purchase card reports, including coding receipts and following up with foremen.
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls, making copies, and restocking inventory.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Smart Sheets and Excel.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
