At Page, we're seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our administrative and facilities operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interface with vendors, suppliers, and building management to ensure seamless operations
  • Coordinate visitor and guest management, ensuring compliance with security protocols
  • Partner with HR to support onboarding and other HR-related duties
  • Plan and execute business meetings and special events
  • Manage front desk staff and coverage
  • Oversee office supply procurement and organization
  • Manage shipping and deliveries
  • Provide support to senior leaders as needed
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as an office manager or executive assistant
  • Ability to engage in light physical activity
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Base Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000
