Job Summary

The Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Dawson team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role involves greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors and direct phone calls to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain the front desk area, including copying, mailing, and processing records
  • Receive and organize shipments in storage areas
  • Provide administrative support to the management staff
  • Operate office equipment, including multi-line phones, fax machines, and copiers

Requirements
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to operate office equipment and software
  • Strong knowledge of computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize duties and work with minimal supervision
  • Some college education preferred, but not required
