Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at AVOMIND. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth for our company.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, proactively reaching out to potential clients, and effectively showcasing the value of our services.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and successful collaborations that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Navigate the negotiation and contract management process, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements between clients and our company.
- Market Research and Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to position our company effectively in the ever-evolving business landscape.
- Proven Track Record: A proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and engaging clients effectively.
- Collaboration and Communication Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills with internal teams and experts, ensuring partnerships surpass expectations.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Proficiency in negotiation and contract management to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Market Research and Analysis: Proven experience monitoring industry trends, adapting to changes, and strategically positioning services based on market insights.
- Results-Oriented: Results and data-oriented with a focus on exceeding business development targets.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive problem-solving skills to ensure smooth client engagements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in market research, data management, expert networks, or qualitative or quantitative research.
- Competitive Salary: $130k base salary + $70k OTE
