Redfin is seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to join our amazing team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data in Workday, including performing data entry, new hire onboarding, job changes, organization restructures, compensation updates, and address changes.
  • Process Redfin departure processing for employees and contractors, including employee letter and memo creation.
  • Assist with benefits billing and administrative tasks.
  • Provide excellent written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a related HR role.
  • Experience working in an employee contact center (preferred).
  • Experience and desire for problem-solving and optimizing processes.
  • Familiarity and comfort with software and HR Information Systems (preferably Workday).
