Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will lead a high-performing team of account executives selling our entire customer success platform across multiple verticals, including healthcare and life sciences. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase business growth, driving sales performance, and coaching your team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of account executives to drive sales growth and exceed quarterly targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform strategic decisions
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the software or infrastructure space
- Proven track record of driving business growth and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
- Industry knowledge and experience in healthcare and life sciences is highly desirable
We offer a competitive salary range of $215,500 to $288,250, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
