Your Role

As a Sales Development Strategy Leader, you'll drive sales development strategy within Redwood Supply Chain Solutions, working closely with sales, sales operations, and marketing teams. Your focus will be on ensuring strategic alignment for lead generation, opportunity velocity, and professionalism.

You Will Make a Difference Everyday

  • Lead and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize lead generation processes and improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor team performance against targets, providing regular feedback and coaching.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align goals, share insights, and ensure seamless handoffs of qualified leads.
  • Design and conduct training sessions for SDRs to improve skills in prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach.
  • Analyze team performance data and present findings to upper management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Participate in the hiring process to build a high-performing SDR team.
