Sales Executive Leader

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive Leader to join our team in the Chicago area.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in chemical sales, preferably with a background in chemical distribution and/or oleo chemical or surfactants sales.
Responsibilities include selling a broad range of oleo chemicals & surfactants to various markets, managing existing business, prospecting for new sales opportunities, communicating effectively with internal departments, and growing sales aggressively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell oleo chemicals & surfactants to lubricant manufacturers, grease producers, metalworking fluid suppliers, polyurethane manufacturers, plastics additive providers, PVC suppliers, and chemical manufacturing companies.
- Manage all existing sales accounts and develop new business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry, business, or polymer science.
- Strong computer skills and ability to work independently.
- High level of motivation and entrepreneurial spirit.
Compensation and Benefits
A competitive salary package is on offer, including a base salary of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, plus bonuses and commissions averaging $30,000 - $50,000 per year. Additional benefits include an excellent car allowance and company benefits.
