About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive our enterprise sales efforts and shape our go-to-market strategy. As Director, Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment across Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Solutions Architects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute an outbound-led sales strategy focused on opportunity creation, pipeline growth, and deal closure.
  2. Bulid, lead, and mentor a dynamic sales team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture while driving individual and team development.
  3. Partner with marketing to align campaigns with sales pipeline goals, finance for accurate forecasting, and customer success for smooth account transitions.
  4. Craft and coach compelling sales stories, presentations, and differentiators that resonate with prospects.
  5. Analyze and leverage data from CRM, HubSpot, and other tools to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
Requirements
  1. 10+ years of sales management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with digital marketing solutions such as SEO or search marketing.
  2. Proven leadership across diverse roles, including outbound sales, account executives, and solutions architects.
  3. Expertise in sales methodologies like MEDDICC and Solution Selling to optimize and shorten sales cycles.
  4. Proficiency with CRM platforms like HubSpot and analytics tools to drive actionable insights.
