About Dexis Consulting Group

Dexis is actively collaborating with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) through the Private Sector Engagement Modernization Contract (PSEMC). Our mission is to strengthen partnerships with the private sector to achieve enhanced development results. Role Summary

We are looking for a committed Program Assistant to join our team and support the initiatives of the PSE Hub. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering administrative, knowledge management, and analytical support to the PSE Hub, playing a vital part in the success of our Modernization Initiatives.

Key Duties

  • Engage in meetings and aid in coordinating field-based assistance to USAID Missions
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Executive Director and other team members
  • Support strategic planning and surge assistance for PSE Modernization Initiatives
  • Contribute to the reporting process of PSE Modernization Deliverables
  • Assist the organization with various projects as required

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Ability to function effectively in diverse and complex environments
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management applications
